J. Melissa C. Jackson in New York County Criminal Court orders sealing pursuant to CPL 160.55 upon defendant's motion. Defendant pled guilty to PL 240.20 in 1984 and a fine of $25 was imposed as a sentence. Defendant failed to pay fine and a warrant was issued. Upon return on warrant, defendant was sentenced to--and served--15 days in jail. Upon defendant's motion in 2010, the court orders the matter sealed pursuant to CPL 160.55.
