This report details the impact of felony disenfranchisement laws in the United States in violation of the ICCPR. It was co-authored with the American Civil Liberties Union, the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the NAACP, the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, and the Hip Hop Caucus.
