Bronx county civil court granted a motion in a holdover proceeding to disqualify District Attorney as co-counsel to the petitioner, Dennis Lane Apartments who was also represented by a private counsel . The court decided that as a goverment attorney, the distict attorney will have to waive or compromise the interests of law enforcement and the public, and does not have authority to represent the landlord's interest alone.
