The Legal Action Center ("LAC") conducts a wide range of programs to protect and advance the rights of people in recovery or still suffering from alcohol and drug problems, people at risk for or living with HIV/AIDS, and individuals with criminal justice histories, and to promote sound public policies in these areas.
