Regulations requiring criminal history background checks for prospective employees in certain health care facilities and programs, and restrictions on hiring based on certain criminal convictions.

PLEASE NOTE that these restrictions extend to some and not all criminal records, and that they are overridden by a Certificate of Relief from Disabilities for Certificate of Good Conduct, which relieve ALL statutory bars to employment. Click here for more information on CRD's and CGC's.
