The NY Initiative for Children of Incarcerated Parents at the Osborne Association is asking organizations to sign on to a letter to the NYS Legislature to support the proposed closure of four prisons and to consider proximity to children when assigning an incarcerated individual to serve time in a specific prison (Hub Near Home).
