Survivors of domestic violence may be eligible for waivers for some usual requirements for public benefits, but also face additional hurdles to obtaining these benefits, such as not having access to vital documents. The resources in this folder can help survivors to identify what special rights they have in terms of applying for and receiving public assistance, and help them to overcome potential obstacles.
