Medicaid and Medicare benefits should not be impacted by incarceration, "Fleeing Felon" status, or violations of probation or parole. The resources in this folder provide a general overview of Medicaid and Medicare and can help to ensure that Medicaid and Medicare benefits are not disturbed because of criminal records.
