Tracie M. Gardner, Director of N.Y.S. Policy & Coordinator of Women's Initiative to Stop HIV/AIDS of New York (WISH-NY) will conduct a presentation entitled, "Albany Overview for Advocates," at which she will discuss criminal justice policy issues and engage participants in an interactive Q&A session.
