Article published by the Housing Law Bulletin about a recent Massachusetts Supreme Court Case about use of the Fair Housing Amendments Act reasonable accommodation provisions as a defense in an eviction case. The Court found in favor of a disabled tenant to who the Housing Authority had refused to provide reasonable accommodation because of an alleged assault on tenant's brother.
