This folder contains links to the New York State Corrections Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, and the New York State Division of Human Rights, all of which lay out policies affording protections against discrimination in hiring for people with criminal convictions. It also includes the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Guidance on Employment Discrimination based on criminal convictions.
