Resources for defending against evictions resulting from criminal proceedings against a client or client's family. Eviction proceedings can be entered to for any illegal trade, manufacture or business that takes place on the premises. The most common proceedings are for drug related illegal activities. These proceedings are commonly called "Drug Holdover Proceedings" or "Bawdy House Cases" because the evictions are pursuant to the "Bawdy House" Law.
