This training will provide the basic mechanics of representing a client at a Welfare fair hearing. The training is designed for advocates and will include an overview of a recipient's rights, preparing for the hearing (e.g. witness preparation, obtaining the necessary documents, research, scheduling and adjournments etc.). Advocacy materials to use for fair hearings will be available. Cost of workshop is $40.00.
