This training provides an understanding of U.S. Immigration Law and the processes behind legal immigration to the U.S., including who is considered a legal immigrant and how immigrants come to the U.S. Also covered is family based and employment based immigration, Diversity Immigrant Visa Program, adjustment of Status/Consular Processing, admissibility, adjustment and the three and ten year bars, naturalization and citizenship and non-immigrant (temporary) visas.
